About Us

A&D consultants have held a variety of management and leadership roles and have expertise that can be shared as your program builds a strong foundation based on communication, collaboration and team-building.

We have trained and provided coaching for many Head Start and Early Childhood leaders, helping them build skills and become more proficient and responsive leaders.
